    We offer advice on the adoption of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, including ESOP's and 401(k) plans. We maintain Regional Prototypes for Money Purchase Pension Plans and Profit Sharing Plans. We draft and obtain I.R.S. approval for individually designed plans. We also assist on an ongoing basis in the administration of these plans.
