Bob advises small business owners throughout the life of their business: in the organizational phase, in the growth phase, and in the sale or dissolution phase. He has extensive experience representing small business owners in mergers, acquisitions, and sales, and he also represents executives, professionals, and consultants in the negotiation and review of employment, consulting, and separation agreements. Bob works with estate planning clients on everything from basic planning to complex gifting techniques, such as GRATs and charitable trusts.
