• If your investment, accounting or insurance advisor can address specific needs effectively and at a more efficient cost, we encourage you to engage their services rather than ours. While we will work very closely with these advisors, we do not accept projects that they are better suited to handle.
   

• Our research efforts are restricted to what is necessary to identify danger zones and develop strategic planning approaches. You do not incur legal fees for information that is irrelevant to your needs.


 

• We endeavor to keep our responses simple and non-technical in nature by reciting only the critical facts, judgments and recommendations. Your difficult legal problems are translated into terms you can understand.
   

• If your schedule dictates conferences after working hours or at a site other than our offices, we are flexible and adaptable to your situation.

  You will deal with one key attorney who knows the intricacies of your business and serves as your principal advisor and representative, directly handling all general matters and orchestrating the efforts of the entire firm on your behalf.

  Any area that does not fit into our central theme, e.g., patent and copyright law and federal securities law, is referred to firms with expertise in applicable areas. In order to protect our clients' interests, we will frequently serve as the intermediary between these other firms and our clients.
